Selecting an event on the diary will open a pop-up screen containing details of the event. All times in the diary and on this pop-up screen are in UK time.
The pop-up screen contains 2 links, ‘More details’ and ‘Copy to my calendar’, which are for Google Calendar users.
The ‘More details’ link provides some extra (minor) details about each event.
- For Google Calendar users. Times are displayed according to the time zone settings of Google Calendar, which can in turn be affected by the timezone settings of the device.

You can find help with setting your device time zone settings here. - For others. Times are displayed using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) which is the same as Greenwich Mean Time.
NB If you use an Android phone or tablet you have a Google Calendar linked to your user account.
