Guidance on renewing your membership online using a debit/credit card or PayPal
WPV u3a members are encouraged to renew their membership online. Payment can be made using a debit/credit card or PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use a debit/credit card
Follow the link in your renewal email by clicking http://westpenninevillagesu3a.org.uk/membership This will take you to the screen below.
After reading the screen please click “renew membership on-line” and you will be taken to the next screen
After reading the screen and if you accept the Member Agreement please click “click here to renew membership” and you will be taken to the next screen
Enter your email address and click “Confirm Identity” to move to the next screen
Enter your chosen password and click Confirm Identity to move to the next screen
Click “Renew Your Membership” to move to the next screen

Under Gift Aid if you wish to Gift Aid your subscription please check the white box
Under Payment if two members share the same address you will be offered, by default, the option to pay for both. Uncheck this box if you only wish to pay for yourself
Then click “Make Payment” and move to the next screen
Click “Continue to PayPal to complete payment” you will be given the option to pay by debit/credit card and move to the next screen
If you have a PayPal account and wish to use it please log in to PayPal and proceed as usual
If you wish to pay by DEBIT or CREDIT card click “Pay With Debit or Credit Card” and move to the next screen
Follow the onscreen instructions to pay with your chosen card. You do not need to create a PayPal account even if prompted to. You will see the two screens below by scrolling down as you complete the requested details. NOTE: Below Post Code you will “Save information & create your PayPal account” to the right of this is a slide button which should be greyed out. If it is blue slide it left to grey out. If it is blue PayPal will create an account
Click “Pay now as guest“
Depending on your bank you may be taken through your own bank security. WPV cannot offer any help on this. When you have completed your bank security, if it was requested, you will see the screen below
